Birthday Party

Musical MunchkinsÆ hosts full service, music themed parties for children ages 1-7 on Saturdays and Sundays. Parties are 2 hours long and our talented staff helps set up, serve, clean up -- and as well provide musical entertainment and instruction.
Parents need to call or e-mail the office three(3) to six (6) weeks before the party, to check availability and save the date and time.
Once you have verified the date and time, fill out the Party Registration form and return it directly to Musical MunchkinsÆ with a Ä 100 deposit to secure the date.


Party Package 1 (All inclusive)

Cost Ä 240 for 8 guests (including the birthday child.)
Ä 15 for each additional guest up to 15 children total.
Party Length 2 hours.

The Music and Entertainment will last a little over an hour leaving plenty of time to serve refreshments and treats and have the birthday child open their presents.

Party Package 1 includes:

  • Cake or Cupcakes, juice and tableware;
  • Printed addressed and mailed invitations (choose from 3 different options);
  • Private Music Studio for Musical entertainment and instruction;
  • Party set up, clean up and instruction;
  • Decorations (including balloons, streamers, and a Happy Birthday banner);
  • Gift bags with music related items for each child;
  • Free future music class for the Birthday Child;
  • Music Instructor and Helper(s);
  • Special decorated gift table.

Party Package 2 (Standard party)

Cost Ä 210 for 8 guests (including the birthday child.)
Ä 12 for each additional guest up to 15 children total.
Party length 2 hours.

The Music Entertainment and instruction will last a little over an hour leaving plenty of time to serve refreshments and treats (bring your own) and have the birthday child open their presents.

Party Package 2 includes:

  • Private Music Studio for Musical entertainment and instruction;
  • Party set up, clean up and instruction;
  • Decorations (including balloons, streamers, and a Happy Birthday banner);
  • Gift bags with music related items for each child;
  • Free future music class for the Birthday Child;
  • Music Instructor and Helper(s);
  • Special decorated gift table.
